About Jeff Zeunik
Jeff is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of financial, operational, and leadership experience with companies that operated both in the US and abroad. Having spent his career with complex, asset-intensive, customer-satisfaction driven organizations, Jeff is skilled at assisting companies implement “Best Practices” enterprise-wide to drive increased cash flow and profitability. Jeff has experience in a variety of industries including aviation, government / defense, logistics, retail, consulting, and services. Recognized as a trusted business partner that can sees more than just the numbers, Jeff is accomplished at working with organizations to lead necessary and lasting change as well as drive continuous improvement. Jeff’s experience provides a unique background for him to carefully analyze a business and develop a clear and concise strategy to increase cash flow, profits, and value.
Jeff has been involved with all aspects of the finance function. He is experienced at managing board and investor communications, developing pricing proposals, M&A due diligence, business case development, establishing and tracking KPIs, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, improving cash flow, labor analysis and collective bargaining, acquisition integration, systems implementation, analyzing customer profitability, financial reporting, and more.
Jeff’s passion is working with the owners of mid-market businesses to enable them to maximize the value of their enterprise and achieve their personal goals.
Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and his MEM is from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering. Jeff served five years as an Infantry officer in the United States Army, during which time he earned the Ranger tab and the Senior Parachutist badge. Jeff resides in Tampa with his wife Jennifer, their three children, and two dogs.
